We at Tuxedosonline.com know that you may have reservations about buying something that you haven't felt and touched. We are so sure that you will like the quality of our products that we will guarantee your money back if you don't like any of our products for any reason.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a 30 day return policy. You have 30 days from when your order is shipped to return it for a full refund (less shipping and handling ) or an exchange.

Merchandise must be returned unused, unaltered with all tags and labels attached and in its original packaging.
Shirts must be returned in new condition and its original packaging for a full refund. There will be 25% restocking fee on SHIRTS that have been OPENED and taken out of its package.
Shoes must be returned in new condition and its original shoebox for proper credit.
No returns accepted on USED items or special order items.
Any refunds will be issued back in the original form of payment. Merchandise purchased on a credit card will be refunded to the original credit card used when purchase was made.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns of any merchandise or items due to bad odors or stains.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges on non-defective merchandise. You will not be charged for additional shipping if you have received an incorrect item.
Please allow 12-18 business days for your return to be processed. If you have not received your credit or exchange after 18 business days please contact us.Customer is responsible for 10% cancellation fee for any special orders that are canceled or returned.
