  • Fit – Our professionals will take an initial fitting, and when you pick up your rental, we insist that you try on your tuxedo. If by any chance something doesn’t fit, we will change or alter on the spot.
  • Price Guarantee – We guarantee to have the lowest prices in town. If you find the exact tuxedo that you chose at Gregory’s anywhere else for a lower price, we will BEAT their price by $5 per tuxedo.
  • History – Tuxedo shops have come and gone but Gregory’s has been here at this same location since 1976. We started out as a tailoring shop so we know what it means to give individualized service. The Grigorian family has been a part of the North Hollywood community since opening the store and has been proudly running the business for 3 generation.

In store Return Policy

Retail Return Policy:

  • We accept returns on any and all unused and non seasonal items for 5 days.
  • We do not accept returns on product that have been altered.
  • We accept exchanges on unused items for 14 days.
  • Film/TV and Costuming are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee for all purchases.
  • Special Order items and shipping cost is Non-Refundable
  • Closeout items are final sale.
  • Deposits are Non- Refundable.
  • Online return policy does not apply to in store sales

Rental Policy:

  • Late Reservations: Rental reservations made the same week of the event will incur an additional $40 charge.
  • Extension Fees: Extensions must be agreed upon before being applied. An additional half-price charge will be added for every 5-day extension. If the extension was not agreed upon beforehand, it will be considered a late return, and late fees will be applied.
  • Late Fees: A $40 fee will be applied for every business day a rental has not been returned.
  • Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of $20 will be applied if you cancel your reservation within 48 hours before the pick-up. The remaining amount will be refunded. Otherwise a full refund will be issued.
  • Security Deposit: In addition to your rental cost, a security deposit will be taken on your pick up date. This is a hold on your card or cash of $100-200. It will be returned/voided upon return. Failure to return a rental outfit may result in the security deposit to be captured. We will attempt to contact you before any charges are made. 
  • Payment Agreement: By signing the rental form, you agree to allow any charges related to your rental including late fees, extension fees, and cancellation fees. Please note the rental cost does not include a security deposit.
