  • Shipping costs are set by method of shipping. UPS ground is the most economical and will generally take up to 5 working days to receive your goods by this method. The rates are listed below.
  • Most goods will be shipped on the business day after it is ordered. If you need it shipped on the same day please note it on the comments on your order. UPS does not count Saturday and Sunday as days for shipping.
  • Ground shipping delivery time takes up to 5 business days but is not guaranteed to go out the next business day. The only way to guarantee an order be delivered within a specified time frame is to choose the appropriate air shipping speed.
  • Please be aware that we require proof of delivery in the form of a signature. Please provide an address where you are available to sign for your order.
  • We are no longer accepting orders from outside of the US and Canada.
  • Canada shipments might be charged an import fee at the time of delivery.
  • International shipments may be charged taxes and fees by the shipping company or the receiving country. We have no way of knowing what these fees will be. You will be responsible for all such fees in addition to the fees we have charged. If a package is refused due to these fees you will be charged a 50% restocking fee for the products, and the shipping cost and country tax will not be refunded.
  • We do not ship to PO Box or APO address as UPS requires a physical address for delivery.
